Who we are looking for
We are looking for talent with proven tech, managerial and marketing experience to join our team. If you like the big potentials of a joung startup with all its challenges and are committed to high work ethics, you could be a canditate for joining BeeDance.
Work will be mostly remote and at times at a dedicated location in India. We have capacity both for part-time and full-time occupation.
What we give back
At this particular moment, we haven’t completed the first round of funding yet, so participation will be rewarded with later payouts and/or equity. You can join now, or commit to joining once we have funding and are able to pay salaries.
Equity
We follow an industry standard equity model of a vesting schedule of four years with a one year cliff. Details will be disclosed in detail after touching base upon showing interest.
